The upper level houses a luxurious King Suite with a private en-suite bathroom, a full bedroom featuring two full-size beds, and a bunk bedroom with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. To help everyone unwind after a day at Disney or Universal, every bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV.

All guests must sign a rental agreement via DocuSign prior to arrival, and drivers must be registered for gated resort access.

Please note that a basic starter supply of toiletries and kitchen essentials is provided for the first day only. Pool heating is available from October to March for $45/day (requested 72 hours in advance). No grill is provided, though local rentals are available; grilling must be done on the grass.
