This inviting condo is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a queen size bed and an en suite bath featuring granite countertops and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. A second guest room offers a queen size bed and access to a full guest bath, also boasting granite countertops and a tiled walk-in shower. The third guest room provides versatile sleeping options with both a queen size bed and a twin size bed with a twin trundle.
The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a beautifully tiled backsplash, and a dining table that seats two, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. - Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- Boat Dock Availability- You must pre-register your boat at least 3 days prior to arriving (a link will be sent prior to your arrival). Once approved, you will receive an invoice for the boat dock fees which must be paid prior to your arrival. The boat dock rental fee is an additional fee, paid directly to the HOA.
- Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed.
*For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
