This property features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one double bed and one sofa bed, with single quilts provided for each guest to ensure a comfortable and undisturbed night's sleep. The room is efficiently designed at 25 square meters and includes an elevator, so you can easily manage your luggage without the worry of stairs.
Inside, you will find a variety of thoughtful features to enhance your stay. Entertainment is covered by a 50-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. For those needing to stay connected or work remotely, the space provides complimentary high-speed WiFi with speeds up to 100 Mbps, along with a large height-adjustable table and conveniently placed USB charging plugs and sockets near the bed and table. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, and pan. The bathroom is a fully separated wet and dry space featuring consistent hot water, an electronic bidet, and a Japanese brand hair dryer. Laundry needs are met with an in-room washing machine and detergent, though please note no clothes dryer is provided.

We appreciate your cooperation in using only designated smoking areas. ③ No pets allowed. ④ No unregistered guests allowed staying overnight. ⑤ No shoes inside the room. ⑥ Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time after 9p.m. ⑦ Please turn off the AC when you go out. ⑧ Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Overtime checkout will be subject to overtime compensation. ⑨ Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ¥29,000. ⑩ Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. ⑪ Please do not rearrange the furniture. ⑫ Please do your dishes. ⑬ Please sort your garbage and put it in the correct trash bin. If you have to take out the trash, make sure you tie the bag tightly. ⑭ No illegal substances allowed on the premises. ⑮ Only toilet paper in the toilet can be thrown down the toilet bowl. Tissues, paper towels, diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, condoms and anything else should not be thrown down the toilet bowl. If the toilet bowl is clogged due to throwing things into the toilet, we will ask for compensation. ⑯ Each guest is provided with 1 set of towels for the entire stay. Extra towels are available for a fee of 700 yen per set and need to be requested prior to arrival. ⑰ For two guests, we provide either 1 double bed or 2 single beds (this is not an option, please refer the bed type of this room), and so on. If you need to use beds beyond the number of guests (for example, 2 guests need 2 beds) , there will be an additional charge for beddings. The additional bed could be a sofa bed or Japanese futon, subject to availability. ⑱ In accordance with Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport. You are required to submit the passport copy through our own online form before check-in. If you have any concerns for filling up and upload your passport soft-copies via our check-in form, please do not book this room. ⑲ Please avoid pressing the "emergency" button on the intercom unless it is an emergency. A fee of 1,500 JPY will be charged for unnecessary activation.
