The private bedroom features a king-size bed with playful beachy linens, a ceiling fan, and its own A/C unit. In the living area, a plush queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space and is paired with a second A/C unit to ensure total comfort.
The home is designed for ease and relaxation, boasting an airy open floor plan where the living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a large granite-topped island, a French-door fridge, and all the cookware needed to make meal prep a breeze. Step through the slider doors to a sizable covered lanai, where you can unwind on cushioned chaise lounges and enjoy the views of the lush, verdant forest.

To help us care for our island home and keep it comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests follow these guidelines:
- Please turn off A/C units, lights, fans, and appliances whenever you leave the condo.
- Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. When leaving the condo, please make sure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked.
- Please do not leave food out, as it can quickly attract insects in Kauai’s tropical climate.
- No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the lanai.
- Please respect our neighbors and observe Kiahuna Plantation’s resort rules and quiet hours.
- Please do not remove bath towels or indoor linens from the condo. Beach towels, if provided, may be used at the beach and pool.
- Please do not feed chickens, birds, or other wildlife on or around the property.
- Please let us know promptly about any spills, damage, or maintenance issues so we can take care of them as quickly as possible.
Before checking out:
- Place used towels and linens together in a pile. There is no need to wash them.
- Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle.
- Place all trash in the appropriate bins.
- Remove opened or perishable food from the refrigerator.
- Return furniture and household items to their original locations.
- Turn off the A/C units, lights, fans, and appliances.
- Close and lock all windows and doors before departing.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be mindful of the check-out time so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the condo for our next guests.
