Smoking of any kind and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the home, subject to a $400 fine. To respect neighboring families, please keep noise levels low after 10 PM. Parties, events, and external structures like tents are not permitted. Please avoid moving the furniture.

Additional Details Pool heating is available from November to April for $50/day (request 7 days in advance). A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee (request 48 hours in advance). A starter kit of essentials is provided upon arrival and is not replenished. Washcloths and condiments are not provided.
