- During the stay
Please keep the home smoke-free. When you leave, please lock the door - it does not lock automatically. The pool key hanging by the door is valuable, so please return it before checkout; there's a $150 replacement fee if it goes missing. Please cover the hot tub after each use. Before you depart, it's helpful to start a load of towels in the wash for the next guests.
- Before checkout
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Gather up sheets and start a load of laundry if you can. If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
