Please note that pets, smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. A noise monitor is installed in the unit to prevent parties; it does not record conversations. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please be aware that an additional $20 fee applies if there are more than 2 guests. Our cancellation policy states that no refund will be issued for any reason.
