This home is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 3 beds with a total capacity for 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. For additional guests, two sofa beds are located in the living room and the loft. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with plush mattresses, cozy linens, and blackout shades to ensure a restful sleep.
With 2 bathrooms, guests can enjoy a touch of luxury. The primary ensuite boasts a double vanity, a glass walk-in steam shower, a jetted bathtub, and a bidet, while the main-floor bathroom provides a convenient shower/tub combo.
The heart of the home is an open-concept living room featuring a large sectional, a 65" TV, and a warm fireplace for cozy evenings. Large windows flood the space with natural light and stunning views. Pets are strictly not allowed at this property. ADA-certified service animals are welcome. Please inform us before arrival if you will be bringing a service animal. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted. Any violation of this pet policy will result in a $300 fee.
Bears and other wildlife are active in the area. For your safety and to avoid attracting wildlife to the property:
- Never approach, feed, or interact with wildlife.
- Do not leave food, coolers, trash, pet food/bowls, or other scented items outside unattended.
- Do not leave food, wrappers, or other scented items in vehicles.
- Place all trash in the designated bear-resistant trash container and make sure it is fully secured.
- Keep exterior doors and accessible windows closed and secured overnight and whenever you leave the property. Registered Guests Only: All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a fine of $100 per guest, per night, and may face immediate eviction without a refund.
No Parties or Unauthorized Events: Parties, large gatherings, and third-party bookings are strictly prohibited. Local guests within 30 miles must contact us prior to booking.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping any substance inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a minimum $500 remediation fine.
Noise & Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Check-Out & Late Fees: Check-out time is strict to allow for turnover. A 15-minute courtesy window is provided; thereafter, a $50 fee applies, plus $50 for every additional 30 minutes.
Cleaning & Care: Please keep shoes off carpeted areas. Excessively dirty homes requiring deep cleaning will incur additional fees.
Non-Refundable Processing Fee: Bookings processed directly by AirSimplicity include a non-refundable 4% payment processing fee. Guest-initiated cancellations will receive applicable refunds minus this non-refundable 4% fee.
Host Cancellation: If AirSimplicity or the homeowner must cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% full refund, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding alternative lodging.
Lost Belongings: Please check thoroughly for personal items upon departure. Recovering left-behind items incurs a handling fee plus shipping costs. Return of lost items is not guaranteed.
Liability & Screening: Guests assume all risk of harm, injury, or loss of personal property on the premises.

If you’re leaving early, just message us "CHECKOUT," so we can get the cleaning started. Please leave used beds unmade. If the pull-out sofas were used, please leave them out. Please turn off the coffee pot before departing, as it does not shut off automatically. please ensure the back sliding door, all entry doors, and all windows are fully closed and locked to help prevent animals from entering
