No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping any substance inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a minimum $500 remediation fine.
Noise & Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Check-Out & Late Fees: Check-out time is strict to allow for turnover. A 15-minute courtesy window is provided; thereafter, a $50 fee applies, plus $50 for every additional 30 minutes. Cleaning & Care: Please keep shoes off carpeted areas. Excessively dirty homes requiring deep cleaning will incur additional fees. Non-Refundable Processing Fee: Bookings processed directly by AirSimplicity include a non-refundable 4% payment processing fee. Guest-initiated cancellations will receive applicable refunds minus this non-refundable 4% fee.
Host Cancellation: If AirSimplicity or the homeowner must cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% full refund, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding alternative lodging.
Lost Belongings: Please check thoroughly for personal items upon departure. Recovering left-behind items incurs a handling fee plus shipping costs. Return of lost items is not guaranteed.
Liability & Screening: Guests assume all risk of harm, injury, or loss of personal property on the premises.

Wash your dishes or start the dishwasher. In Winter, please leave the heat on. Lock all windows and doors. If you received any keys, return them to the lockbox.
