Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11 am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.
Make sure not to lose any of the access cards that will be given to you on the day of check-in, if you lose or take the card with you you will be paying 630AED for every single card you lose
NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3000 to AED 5000 for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
