- No Parties or Events: Enjoy your stay, but please no parties or events in the apartment.
- No Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A 5000 AED cleaning will be payable for any evidence of smoking. If you wish to smoke please ensure this is outside of the apartment building. Please note: sensitive smoke detectors are installed in the apartment and apartment building which will set off a loud alarm if triggered.
- No Pets: As much as we love animals, pets are not allowed.
- Family Friendly: Perfect for families with toddlers and kids under 12. We can provide a baby crib if needed.
- Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Charges will apply for any none registered guests staying in the apartment.
- Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet between 10 pm and 7 am for the comfort of all residents.
- AC Usage: Turn off the AC when you’re not in the apartment to help us conserve energy.For the best cooling and to prevent any damage to the AC, please ensure that all windows and the balcony door are kept closed while the air conditioning is on. This helps the system work efficiently and keeps the apartment comfortable for your stay.
- Check-In/Out Times: Adhere to check-in and check-out times to help us prepare for the next guests.
- Access Cards: Keep your access cards safe. A 1000 AED replacement fee applies for each lost or damaged card.
- Care for the Apartment: Treat the apartment with care and keep the furniture as you found it.

Please leave the access cards/parking card on the kitchen dining table. Any excess trash you can leave in the garbage room down the corridor.
