RULES:
- No Smoking allowed: guest are not allowed to smoke cigarettes or weed in the apartment or balcony. Guest found smoking will be required to pay a fine of R2500 per incident. The staff on duty has the right to additionally fine or evict any guest immediately if they are caught smoking, violating rules or building policies. Guest are able to smoke on ground floor outside of building
- Replacement fee is applicable for damaged or broken items during your stay
- Quite times between 22h00 - 8h00
LAUNDRY ON BALCONIES: • Guest shall not be entitled to hang their laundry on balconies or on any part of the building or the common property so as to be visible from outside the buildings or from any other sections. This includes objects such as buckets, spades and refuse bags.
REFUSE REMOVAL: • Refuse needs to be taken down to the refuse room in P3. • No refuse to be left in front of your door or in the fire escapes LITTERING •Guests shall not deposit, throw, or permit or allow to be deposited or thrown, on the common property any rubbish, including dirt, food scraps or any other litter whatsoever.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, hosts, building staff, and residents, we have implemented the following policy:
MAXIMUM GUEST:
- Maximum of 4 Guests: Our unit can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time. This is to maintain a pleasant and safe environment for everyone.
- Check-In Requirement: Each guest must check in at reception and provide a government-issued ID upon arrival. This is a mandatory security measure for everyone’s safety.
- Events and parties are not allowed
- Quite times between 22h00 - 8h00
We do not charge for guest (up to 4), but we kindly ask that you list all guests on the reservation. a fine of up to R2500 per night may be applied for violation of this policy. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Just a heads up we do not equip the apartment in a kid friendly way - There are for example some hard surfaces, floating shelves and of course the glass balcony that could be damaged, or dangerous to kids if not monitored accordingly. Just mentioning this out of transparency!!
We do not charge a cleaning fee however professional cleaning if preformed prior to check in. We only ask that guest place trash in waste bins before checkout
Please be mindful of checkout times as late checkout fees may be applied in 30 minute increments. Luggage storage is available at reception.
Additional cleanings are available during your stay by request at an additional fee if needed (subject to availability)

There’s no need to worry about removing the garbage or recycling, but if you could have it all bagged up in the kitchen, we’d greatly appreciate it. luggage storage is available at reception if needed Thank you!!
