- Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability and additional charges; notify host for arrivals after 10 PM)
- Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late checkout subject to availability and additional charges)
- Pets: Allowed
- Parking: Trailer and oversized vehicle parking is not available. Street parking is subject to snow and traffic bans (verify via 311 or the KnowYourZone app)
- Garbage: Guests are responsible for rolling out the bin before garbage day or can request host assistance for a $30 fee. Do not overfill bins.
- Additional Items: Extra pillows, blankets, towels, cribs, and high chairs are available upon request (subject to availability and transportation charges; 24-hour notice required)
- Restrictions: Mailbox use and package reception by management are unavailable.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED ($500 fine if violated) -Quiet Hours after 10 PM -No unregistered guests allowed -For LOCAL RESIDENTS of Winnipeg, please reach out prior to booking as reservations from locals are for review & approval NO SMOKING ALLOWED ($200 fine if violated + Odor Remediation charge) -Lost/Unreturned Keys/Fobs ($30 admin fee if returned same day before 2 PM, $200 replacement Fee) -Eating & Drinking inside the bedrooms are discouraged to avoid spillage -Rearranging Furniture is discouraged -Conserving Energy is encourage by turning off AC & lights when not in use or upon checkout -Extensions approved within 2 hours before original scheduled checkout date & time will incur additional fees equal to the cleaning fee -Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100/hour charge to be paid for cleaner’s waiting time and ultimately a $120 charge for clean rescheduling if applicable
