1.) All guests must be at least 8 years old. The guest booking the home must be at least 25 years old. 2.) Only the 1-4 individuals confirmed to stay at the home are allowed to stay overnight at the home. 3.) Do not wash sand/grease or other non-liquid materials down any of the drains in the home. Please shake the sand out of towels and linens before bringing into the home and before placing into the washing machine. This home has an outdoor foot wash to assist with sand removal.
4.) Do not use glitter, confetti, dyes, or open flame items (such as candles) in the home. - Before checkout
1.) Throw away any opened food and drink items in the refrigerator. 2.) No need to make the beds. You don't need to strip the beds or do any laundry. The cleaners will do this. 3.) Ensure the sliding glass doors are closed. 4.) Ensure the air conditioner in the bedrooms are turned off.
