Guests will also find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and two whimsical themed rooms—one dedicated to Frozen and another to Mickey Mouse—each equipped with two twin beds. For entertainment, every bedroom includes a high-definition flat-screen television.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via secure electronic door code
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a non-refundable $180 fee
• Parking: Please provide driver names in advance; park in designated areas to avoid towing
• Starter Supplies: Limited supplies are provided for bathrooms (soap, toilet paper, trash bag) and the kitchen (detergent, capsule, sponge, paper towel, trash bag). Washcloths are not provided.
• Housekeeping: Professional cleaning is provided prior to arrival. Daily service is not included, though mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
• Pool Heating & Grill: Pool heating (max 95°F) and BBQ grill rentals are available for an extra fee with advance notice.
• Food Policy: Per Florida law, no open food items or condiments are provided or left in the unit.
• Trash: Please dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpster.
