With an oceanic palette and marine patterns and textures throughout, the space is energetic and reminiscent of the Whitsundays, featuring stunning photographic prints of both local Rosslare and the spectacular Australian continent.
The sleeping arrangements are of an exceptionally high standard, featuring bespoke walnut beds and exquisite, luxurious 5* hotel standard pillows, duvets, linens, and fluffy cotton towels. The layout consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 9 guests. The master bedroom is a boutique-style sanctuary with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two Double beds, and the third bedroom features a triple bunk (Double bed with a single overhead).
Guests will enjoy a fully equipped living space designed for comfort and convenience. The apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen with a stainless steel fridge freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. For entertainment and connectivity, there is a smart TV in both the living room and master bedroom, along with complimentary WiFi. DAMAGE POLICY A damage deposit of €200 will be taken from your card on your day of arrival at Burrow Holiday Park. If you cause damage to the property, items are missing or excessive cleaning is required during your stay the cost incurred will be noted to you and compensation will be taken from your damage deposit prior to refund. You damage deposit will be refunded to your account on your day of departure. This refund may take up to 3 working days to appear in your account.
ACCOMMODATION Please love our suites as much as we do and treat its contents with care, leaving it in a clean and tidy condition on departure. Where excessive cleaning is required, damage is caused or items are missing, additional costs will be incurred.
We reserve the right to enter your accommodation at any time for any reasonable purpose, for example, to make checks, maintenance work or housekeeping.
The members of your party in your suite must remain the same for the whole of your stay. The maximum number of guests as specified upon booking must not be exceeded. Where this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel your stay immediately and no refund will be applicable.
NOISE For the comfort of all we have a no noise policy after 11pm. All balconies and outdoor patios must be vacated by this time.
SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside of our holiday suites.
PARTIES We do not accept bachelor or bachelorette groups and parties are not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel a stay if it breaches this condition.
NO PETS POLICY Pets are unfortunately not permitted.
CHECK OUT Check out is strictly 10am on the day of departure.

Burrow Holiday Park is a child friendly and family oriented park. Cots and high chairs can be provided when requested.

Your check out time on the day of departure is strictly 10am. Please lock the apartment and you can leave your keys back into the keybox or to reception upon departure. Thank you.
