For additional guests, the living area includes a plush leather queen sleeper sofa.

The ground floor is a gear-lover's paradise, featuring a heated 2-car garage with ski and snowboard storage, an 8-pair boot dryer, and a workbench for ski tuning. This level also houses a luxurious private indoor hot tub room equipped with a water feature, cycling lights, a sound system, and a flat-screen TV.

The main level boasts an open-concept living area and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests can gather around the gas fireplace (operational October through April) or step out onto the covered deck, which features heater lights and an electric grill for outdoor dining. The top floor contains a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as the three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs.

• Entry: Physical hard key provided; check-in must be completed in person at the off-site Retreatia Office.
• Parking: Strictly limited to two normal-sized cars in the garage and two normal-sized cars parked directly behind the garage doors. No overflow parking is available, and unauthorized vehicles are subject to booting.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed.
