On the ground floor, guests will find a cozy alcove featuring custom wooden twin bunk beds and a convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The second floor is the heart of the home, boasting a spacious kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a sizable island with seating for five, and under-cabinet lighting. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with seating for six, providing picturesque views of the deck and the Gulf. For relaxation, the living area includes a large leather sectional and a wall-mounted TV with cable. This level also hosts the first bedroom (BR1), featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a unique tile rain shower and glass wall. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the ocean breeze or utilize the gas grill for the day's fresh catch.

The third floor is dedicated to luxury with two master bedrooms. BR2 offers a king-size bed, a built-in desk and lighting—ideal for a home office or distance learning—and an ensuite bath with quartz double vanities. BR3, the second master, also features a king-size bed, a built-in desk, and a lavish ensuite bathroom complete with quartz double vanities, a tile shower with a bench, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. This room also opens onto a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf.

Located just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, the home is easily accessible by car or golf cart. Ample parking is provided for vehicles and watercraft, including a two-car garage large enough for a boat or trailer.
