- Restrictions: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Pets of any kind are not allowed. No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors are permitted.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Fees: Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a charge of AED 500, with an additional AED 1,000 for stays past 12:00 PM without approval. Lost access or parking cards are charged at AED 550 each.
Please note that the building's swimming pool is temporarily closed for maintenance from September 4, 2026, to September 14, 2026, reopening on September 15, 2026.

🔑 Check-in Process • Self check-in is available. • The Security/Reception team is available 24/7 and will assist you with check-in if needed.

📝 Damage & Liability • Guests must sign a Damage Agreement before check-in. • Any damage must be reported promptly and will be handled through Airbnb or the security deposit, where applicable. • Guests are responsible for all repair or replacement costs resulting from damage during their stay.

🚭 No Smoking • Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. • Violation may result in a fine of up to AED 3,000, in addition to any cleaning or damage charges.
🐾 No Pets Allowed • Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. • This policy applies regardless of size, breed, or duration of stay to help maintain a clean, hygienic, and allergen-free environment for all guests.
🎉 Guest Conduct • No parties, events, loud music, or unauthorized visitors. • Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or a fine of up to AED 2,000.
🔇 Quiet Hours • 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect neighboring residents.
🛏️ Linen Damage Charges (For irremovable stains or damage)-- • Towels: AED 50 each • Pillow Covers: AED 50 each • Bed Sheets: AED 100 each • Excessive mess or additional cleaning may incur extra cleaning or repair charges.
📸 Reporting Issues-- • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of check-in, together with photo or video evidence. • Issues reported after this period or after check-out may not be eligible for compensation.
👶 Optional Amenities (Available upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice)-- • Baby Travel Cot (Foldable): AED 100 • High Chair: AED 50 • Extra Bed: AED 200
📷 Property Use-- • The apartment is for short-term residential use only. • Commercial use, filming, or photo shoots are not permitted without prior written approval.
📜 Legal Compliance-- • Guests must comply with all Dubai laws, building regulations, and community rules. • Non-compliance may result in eviction and notification of the relevant authorities.
🧳 Lost & Found-- • Items left behind will be stored for up to 30 days. • Unclaimed items will be disposed of after this period. • Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
⏳ Same-Day Booking Notice-- • For same-day bookings (including reservations made around 3:00 PM), please allow 2–3 hours after the previous guest's check-out for cleaning and inspection. • We prioritize cleanliness and guest comfort and will notify you as soon as the apartment is ready.
