We kindly ask all guests to follow our EPIC house rules to help everyone have a great stay. Please note that charges may apply for any violations, like staying past the 11 AM check-out time, losing your apartment/room fob, smoking or using any illegal substances in the apartment (including gas cannisters) or communal areas, causing damages or needing extra cleaning, or hosting unauthorized parties or events including excessive noise or disturbance within the quite times advised via the booking platform.
We also require a 50% security deposit prior to your arrival. This will be held for 3-10 working days after your departure and will be used if any charges are necessary.
And if you’re bringing a pet, no problem—we’d love to welcome them for a £50 fee (up to 20kg). You can add this and some other fun EPIC Extras, like early check-ins, late check-outs, or special decorations, through your guest portal.
