Designed for group comfort, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. The interiors are tastefully decorated to provide a welcoming atmosphere, including cute themed rooms for kids of all ages to ensure everyone has the privacy and space they need. Guests can enjoy cozy living areas and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing family meals, which can be enjoyed in the dedicated dining area or al fresco by the water.

While the use of the pool and spa (where available) itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact your property manager after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival. Please be aware: The temperature of the spillover spa (where available) can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage. This may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
