The two primary bedrooms feature luxury king-sized beds and soaring 14 ft. ceilings that create an airy, expansive feel. For groups of five or six, additional twin mattresses are available; one is placed on the floor, with all necessary linens provided in the unit or supply closet. Guests are encouraged to request a specific split of these mattresses prior to arrival.

Designed for those who need to balance productivity with relaxation, the space includes a modern office equipped with super fast WiFi. This allows you to work efficiently while enjoying the boutique atmosphere of your surroundings.

Located in the vibrant heart of Bryan, Texas, the property is perfectly situated for effortless exploration. You can walk to a variety of local restaurants, bars, and shopping boutiques. The central location also makes it an ideal base for easy trips to the Texas A&M Campus, Blinn, RELLIS, or College Station.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Because the property is located in a historic downtown area, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the streets surrounding the building. There is also a parking lot located between Main Street and S Bryan, accessible from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace. Be mindful that Main and Bryan streets have a 90-minute limit from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though W 26th has no time limit. For those visiting during First Friday events or weekend nights, arriving early is recommended to secure a close spot. To ensure a restful night's sleep despite the nearby downtown train tracks, the property provides white noise machines and ear plugs for sound-sensitive guests.
