This second-floor retreat is designed for both style and comfort, featuring an open layout with impressive 14' ceilings and timeless original wood floors. The sleeping arrangements are configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, consisting of 1 bedroom equipped with the most comfortable King bed, complemented by 4 additional twin beds to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

The apartment includes a dedicated living area, a kitchen, and a full bathroom. Because this is a historic second-floor space, please note that access is via an exterior staircase and there is no elevator.

You can easily choose from local favorites like Billy's Grill and Bar, Mr G's, or RX Pizza right across the street, or start your morning with a fresh brew from Village Coffee. Guests will enjoy the energy of the district, though it is important to note that nightlife noises from surrounding restaurants, clubs, and music venues are part of the experience. As train tracks run through downtown Bryan, sound and white noise machines along with ear plugs are provided for those who are sound sensitive.

• Parking: Public street parking is available on three sides of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that Main and Bryan Streets have 90-minute limits from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. W 26th has no time limit. Additionally, a parking lot is located two blocks away between Main Street and S Bryan, accessible via S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace. For those visiting during event evenings, such as First Friday, we recommend parking early to secure a close spot.
