Welcome to the Bluetique, the perfect place to kiss your blues away while basking in the sun in Desert Hot Springs, California. This new construction, efficient home is designed to help you create timeless memories, featuring a stunning layout and breathtaking mountain views.

The property features 4 bedrooms and 7 beds across 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The main house includes a master suite with one king bed, a second room with two full-sized beds, and a third room with one queen bed. For additional flexibility, the living room offers two futons that convert to beds. Complementing the main residence is an attached casita featuring a king-sized bed, a kitchenette, and an en suite full bathroom. Please note that there is no indoor connecting door to the casita; access is provided via a secure code.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the Bluetique experience. Guests can enjoy the 15x35 ft saltwater pool, a pickleball court, and a relaxing spa, all under the beautiful California sun. As evening falls, the fire pit provides the perfect spot to unwind. To ensure a comfortable stay, the home is equipped with great air conditioning; guests are kindly asked to keep windows and sliding doors closed while the AC is in use.

Located in a friendly, new neighborhood where most homes are welcoming vacation rentals, this property offers a peaceful retreat with easy access via rental car, Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a $200 deposit ($150 refunded at checkout if no additional cleaning is required; $50 is retained for the pet's stay, plus $25 for each additional pet).
• Pool/Spa Heating: On-demand fees apply ($100 daily for pool to 82-84 degrees; $35 daily for spa to 102 degrees). Please request heating 24 hours in advance.
• City Ordinances: Music is restricted to cell phones only before 8 PM; no outdoor music is permitted. Quiet hours begin at 8 PM.
• Occupancy: Maximum of 10 overnight guests and an additional 5 guests during the daytime.
• Special Requests: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $75 fee, subject to availability.
• Festival Policy: Reservations for Coachella (Weekends 1 & 2) and Stagecoach are non-refundable after booking.
