• Second Floor: The Primary Suite offers a King bed with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a classic cartoon-inspired theme with a Twin/Twin bunk bed and a full bed. Bedroom 4 is designed with a coastal sea-inspired theme and contains two full beds. A shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves the second floor.

Location & Neighborhood Located within the secure gated community of Champions Gate, one of the most desirable resort areas near Disney. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the Oasis Club and Retreat Club. The Oasis Club features a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, splash park, tiki bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, volleyball courts, movie theatre, game room, and an indoor restaurant. The Retreat Club adds more excitement with additional water slides, a splash pad, mini golf, and relaxing hammocks.

• Minimum age to book: 21 years old
• Registration: All adult guests must be registered 48 hours prior to arrival; valid photo ID is required at the security gate.
• Parking: Available in front spaces and street parking (first come, first served). No commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, or trailers allowed.
• Pets: Allowed; a $250 fee applies for any pet-caused damages. Pets must stay off furniture.
• Trash: Daily pickup by 7 AM. All trash must be in tied 13-gallon bags (max 30 lbs); grocery bags and liquids are prohibited.
• Deliveries: UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and food deliveries are accepted; USPS is not available.
• Extra Services: Pool heating is available for $70 (up to five nights). Grill usage carries a $29.95 fee.
• Supplies: A starter kit including three trash bags, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, paper towels, dish soap, and hotel-size toiletries is provided. Basic pantry items like salt and pepper are not included.
