To ensure seasonal comfort, heating is operational during winter and air conditioning is available during summer dates only. Housekeeping is provided every second day for light cleaning and towels, with a more comprehensive mid-clean every fourth day for stays exceeding five nights.

Check-out is from 10:00 AM. All guests are required to present a valid passport at check-in, along with a credit card to cover any incidental charges.
Smoking This is a non-smoking unit; we ask that you refrain from smoking in the room. Evidence of smoking, including cigarette butts brought into the room, will incur a penalty.
Housekeeping Units are serviced every second day, with a deeper clean every five nights. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability.
Care of the Property & Belongings Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, fittings, keys, or other items during their stay, including any consequential losses. Management assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings left in the room — guests are responsible for securing their own valuables and belongings.
Travel Insurance Guests are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance, as the property is not liable for losses due to weather, travel disruptions, or other events beyond its control.
Luggage The property is not responsible for luggage lost or delayed in transit, even if it was sent ahead of the guest's arrival.
