The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. These bedrooms serve as serene escapes, thoughtfully designed with warm natural tones, bamboo shades, and leather-upholstered beds, ensuring mountain views greet you the moment you wake up. Please note that pets are not allowed and no smoking or vaping is permitted inside the cabin or anywhere on the premises. Strict quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM per county ordinance. Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway; street parking is strictly prohibited and may result in fines upwards of $1,000. Only guests on the reservation are permitted overnight, and daytime visitors require prior approval. Due to mountain conditions, trip insurance is highly recommended, as refunds are not provided for weather or road conditions, though a full refund is issued if snow prevents access to the house. Cancellations or date changes within 30 days of travel are generally not possible.
