Strict No-Party / No-Events Policy: No parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or unauthorized get-togethers are permitted. Maximum occupancy is strictly capped at the registered guest count at all times. Visitor Restrictions: Unregistered day visitors or outside guests are not permitted on the property without prior written host approval. Quiet Hours Enforcement: San Bernardino County and local neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor music, shouting, and loud gatherings on the deck are prohibited during these hours. Vehicle Parking: All vehicles must be parked entirely within the designated driveway on the property. No street parking is permitted at any time. Trash Containment: All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the designated, wildlife-proof exterior bear box. Never leave trash bags outside or unsecured. Outdoor Open Flames: Solid-fuel outdoor fire pits, wood-burning fire features, and chimineas are strictly prohibited per county fire safety regulations. Hot Tub Safety: The Nordic hot tub cover must remain securely latched when not in use. No glass is permitted in or around the spa. Zero Tolerance for Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or the use of cannabis or open-flame tobacco products is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the cabin. Smoking outside must be contained, and all butts must be properly disposed of—never tossed onto the grounds. Pet Policy: Pets are strictly not permitted on the property unless explicit prior host approval has been arranged. Wildlife Awareness: This is a mountain environment. Keep doors and windows closed to deter local wildlife (bears, coyotes), and do not leave food outside. Commercial Use Ban: Commercial photography, video shoots, or professional recording without prior written authorization are strictly prohibited.
