We highly recommend buying trip insurance. We’re unable to move or cancel dates within 30 days of travel. Please see the cancellation policy for more details. If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Refunds are not provided due to weather or road conditions, since everyone's tolerance for driving in weather is different. Clearing snow from the driveway and walkway for access to and from the home is our responsibility, and we will try our best to accommodate normal check in/out times in the event of snow. If quantity of snow is such that we cannot clear access to the house, a full refund will be given.

Please make/update your reservation to reflect the accurate number of guests who will stay overnight at the cabin. Daytime visitors must receive prior approval and their cars may not park on the street.

No street parking allowed! We can fit 3 cars in the driveway. Please make sure they are completely off the street. Street parking will result in fines from Code Enforcement upwards of $1000.

We can offer early check in or late check out depending on our cleaner's schedule (we won't know if early/late check in/out is available until 1-2 days prior).

There must be at least 2 guests over the age of 25 staying at the house in your group.

Strict quiet hours, per the county noise ordinance, are between 10pm and 8am.

No smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the deck, backyard or front yard. This area is prone to wild fires, smoking in this area can be dangerous.

PET RULES (please read thoroughly if you add your dog to the reservation):

1. We have a 2-dog limit and do charge an additional pet fee, which is applied when you register your pet in the guest count. If your pet requires extensive cleaning beyond what is considered usual, we will pass that additional cost on to you after your stay.
2. please do NOT allow them to be on furniture or beds (we can tell when they have been, and removing hair is very difficult).
3. please be very conscious of their barking outside, since noise travels far and complaints have been made! Noise complaints resulting in fines will be at guests' expense.
4. please only let them do their business out in nature (not on our deck or driveway!) and pick up ALL poop. If housekeeping has to pick up poop, we'll pass a cost on to you.
5. never leave them unattended inside or outside, per county permit requirements, and always keep them on a leash or within the fenced area behind the house when outside (beware, there's bears, coyotes, and racoons out at night). Dogs may not roam freely onto neighboring properties. We will hear about it if they do.
6. lastly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, if your dog makes his mark on a rug, bedding, or furniture, you will be expected to pay the full replacement cost. We cannot have future dogs detect the scent of yours and perpetuate the issue! For check out, please be sure to:

1. clean pots/pans and put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Start the dishwasher so it finishes in time for the cleaners to empty it.
2. clear all your food items out of the fridge, freezer, and pantry.
3. take out the kitchen trash (put it in a trash can with a lid secured so critters don't make a mess of it).
