Welcome to our home away from home, a modern take on a bungalow that offers everything you could ever want while immersing yourself in the tranquility and vibrant culture of Martinborough. Designed and built in 2020 with comfort and relaxation in mind, this home is fully equipped with modern-day luxuries, making it a perfect sanctuary for families and friends to escape and enjoy quality time together.

The property features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom serves as a place of peace and quiet, featuring a comfortable king bed, an ensuite, and its own private access onto the deck. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and also enjoys private deck access. To ensure everyone's comfort, the two twin rooms—each featuring a king single bed with a trundler—are cleverly located as far from the living area as possible, allowing early sleepers to rest while the night owls continue to share in fellowship.

One of the standout features is the large indoor-outdoor living area. You can sit back and relax on the expansive northwest-facing deck with a glass of your favorite local wine or beer while watching the sunset, or enjoy a classic kiwi BBQ while the children play on the grass or in the wendy house. For additional recreation, guests can access the Pinot Grove communal facilities, including a swimming pool (open from Labour Day weekend until Easter), a trampoline, a pétanque court, and a tennis court.

Located in the heart of the Wellington Region, this home provides the ideal base to explore the local scenery and culture. Practical convenience is ensured with four off-street parking spaces for your group.

• House Rules: No pets allowed. No loud parties, and please ensure there is no noise outside after 10:00 PM.
• Support: Owners are available for questions between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily, or after hours for emergencies.
