Please keep this home smoke-free and enjoy it as a peaceful retreat - no parties of any type are permitted. Snowmobiles, ATVs, and ice fishing are not allowed at any time. Max occupancy is 8 people.
Parking is for registered guests only: 4 cars maximum in the driveway, no on-street parking, no parking in neighbors' driveways or on the lawn. Violators may be towed at the owner's expense, and we ask that you help us maintain good neighbor relations by following these rules strictly.
Boat trailers cannot be stored at the property - the public boat launch is about half a mile away and offers convenient trailer parking. You're welcome to tie up at the lakeside docks using the three navigation lights (red, white, and blue) visible from the water.
The detached garage apartment is occasionally owner-occupied, so please be respectful of that space. Trash pickup is Thursday afternoon or Friday morning - please place barrels at the driveway turnabout and secure them with bungee cords if available.
