NON-SMOKING APARTMENT Parties are strictly forbidden No pets allowed in the apartment Tenants are required to respect the building and neighbors. Do not make too much noise after 10 p.m. (TV, heels, washing machine...) Respect the common areas: do not shout in the hallways, do not obstruct the passage (suitcases) and do not smoke in the building. Never leave the keys on the lock inside the apartment.
In the event of a complaint from the caretaker or neighbors, Studio Prestige reserves the right to evict the tenant without notice.
The apartment must be returned in good condition. Any broken items must be reported (we do not charge for equipment failures but we want to be informed).
