This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is designed for comfort, featuring a total of 2 beds and accommodating 4 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, the open-concept living area includes a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen smart TV for winding down.

Indoor living flows seamlessly from the living room and dining area into a fully equipped kitchen stocked with plates, drinkware, cookware, a toaster, and both regular and Keurig coffee makers. A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer is also provided along with basic cleaning supplies.

Outdoor living is where the property truly shines. Guests have full access to the house, decks, and a private floating dock exclusively for Blackberry Bungalow. The dock is ideal for swimming with water 4-5 feet deep and a natural sandbar that keeps passing boats clear. You are welcome to tie up your own boat or use the shared kayaks and paddle board. Waterside, you will find four Adirondack chairs surrounding a wood-burning Solo Stove, while the cottage deck features a dining table for 4, two lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill.

Located in the heart of the New River Valley, the bungalow sits on a private road within a small waterfront neighborhood. You are just minutes from the New River Trail State Park, roughly 4 miles from Camp Blue Ridge Scout Reservation, and 8 miles from Iron Heart Winery and Salty Stash Distillery. The home is also conveniently located about 40 minutes from Virginia Tech and Radford University.
