Following a staircase to the first floor, you will find the brightest part of the home. This level is dedicated entirely to rest, featuring a quiet bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. This clear separation between levels ensures that everyone maintains their privacy, even when the home is at its full capacity of 4 guests.

Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Because the bedroom is located upstairs via a staircase, this may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or very young children. An optional baby bed is available for 60€.

For the duration of your stay, we ask that you respect the following rules:
NON-SMOKING apartment Parties are strictly forbidden No pets allowed in the apartment Tenants are required to respect the building and neighbors. Do not make too much noise after 10 p.m. (TV, heels, washing machine...) Respect the common areas: do not shout in the hallways, do not obstruct the passage (suitcases) and do not smoke in the building. Never leave the keys on the lock inside the apartment.
In the event of a complaint from the caretaker or neighbors, Studio Prestige reserves the right to exclude the tenant without notice.
The apartment must be returned in good condition. Any broken items must be reported (we do not charge for equipment failures but we want to be informed).
