The home is designed for comfort and versatility, accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a main-floor master suite with a king-size bed and attached full bathroom with shower. On the second floor, you will find a second master suite also featuring a king-size bed and attached full bathroom with shower, as well as two private bedrooms with queen-size beds that share a hallway guest bathroom. For additional flexibility, the main floor living room includes a queen-size sofa bed.

Common areas consist of a welcoming kitchen, dining room, and living room. For your convenience, the home provides a fully stocked laundry room, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, and iron with an ironing board. Entertainment is covered with a 50” HDTV in the living room and a 40” HDTV in the upstairs master suite.

Beyond the front door, the community serves as an oasis. A short walk leads to the excellent clubhouse, spanning over 7,000 sq. ft. with a fitness gym, gourmet kitchen, great room, and pool table room. Outdoor amenities include two huge heated swimming pools, two in-ground spas, multiple BBQ grill areas, and two playgrounds. Please note that the pool area is limited to 6 guests per household.

Located just a half-mile off US 60, the home is 2 miles from the light rail and 4 miles from Loop 101, Loop 202, and Downtown Mesa. It is an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, and the Fiesta Bowl. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Red Rock Mountain and Saguaro Lake. Because Phoenix is spread out, a vehicle is highly advised for visiting downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Glendale, and Scottsdale.

Practical details include check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Parking is strictly limited to the garage, which accommodates two standard-sized vehicles; no RV or trailer parking is permitted. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $10 per day (plus tax) and must be kept in a crate or carrier when the owner is away.

To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, loud parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The home is non-smoking and non-vaping; violations result in a $250 fine. Stays of 30 days or more may require a signed Arizona lease and are subject to a $300 utility cap.
