This light and spacious villa provides a peaceful base for couples, families, or friends looking to explore the natural wonders of Queensland's stunning island destination.
Designed over two levels, the villa offers a thoughtful layout to maximize privacy and space. The upper entry level houses two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with a private laundry. To ensure year-round comfort, the space is appointed with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The lower level features an open-plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge. This living space opens onto a private balcony, offering a peaceful outlook through the surrounding trees.
Sleeping arrangements include 3 beds across 2 bedrooms, making the villa well-suited for up to 4 guests. For those traveling with little ones, portacots and highchairs are available upon request for an additional fee.
While the villa is a private sanctuary, guests are registered with Kingfisher Bay Resort and enjoy access to a variety of shared facilities. These include swimming pools, an outdoor spa, tennis courts, restaurants, and bars. Guests can also book ranger-guided activities, day tours, and professional treatments at the resort spa. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided within the villa and in selected resort areas.
Situated on the stunning Western Beach side of K’gari, the resort is walkable; however, a 4WD is required for those wishing to explore the island beyond the accessible resort areas. Please note that K’gari is accessed via ferry or barge, and guests are responsible for arranging their own transfers through SeaLink or the resort.

• Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the internal stairs, balcony and resort pool areas.
• Cooloola Villa 707 is located within Kingfisher Bay Resort. Guests must comply with applicable resort rules and directions during their stay.
• K’gari is a World Heritage-listed natural environment and home to native wildlife. Please do not approach or feed dingoes or other wildlife, and dispose of food and rubbish responsibly.
• Please do not remove towels, linen, kitchenware or other villa items from the property.
• Before departure, please dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated car park bins and ensure you have logged out of any personal accounts used on the Smart TV.

Log out of any personal accounts you have used on the Smart TV, including Netflix or other streaming services. There is no need to strip the beds or undertake any additional cleaning.
