This is bear country. Please take all trash to the dumpster immediately - do not leave it outside or in your car. The key to the home unlocks the dumpster, located at the base of Christmas Mountain Club Road. Bears are attracted to food and trash, so this matters for your safety and the neighborhood's.
No trailers of any kind are permitted on the property.
No camping or fireworks are allowed.
If you have a wood stove, please open the flue before starting a fire. You'll need to provide your own wood.
If the home has a hot tub, please note that use is not permitted between 10pm and 8am.
Winter driving in the White Mountains can be icy - chains or snow tires may be necessary on the road and driveway. When the snow plow arrives, please move your car so the driveway can be cleared.
