Designed for comfort and versatility, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms. The main sleeping quarters include a King sized bed and two Queen size beds, with each of these bedrooms benefiting from its own private bathroom. To accommodate a total of 10 guests, the home provides a full size roll away bed and a queen size air-mattress. For those traveling with infants, a porta-crib is also provided. All essential linens and towels are included for your stay.

The property includes a unique walkout basement that serves as the fourth bedroom. Newly refinished to provide an additional hangout space, this area is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa, twin rollaway bed, a 50" TV, refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave. Please note that this finished basement has its own entrance and is not accessible from inside the main house, making it an ideal separate space for children or guests seeking extra privacy.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room offers comfortable seating for eight or more guests. For outdoor living, guests can enjoy the screened-in porch featuring a swinging bed, or gather around the gas fire pit on the deck. An outdoor dining table with seating for six is available, along with a grill and electric smoker for open-air cooking.

Water enthusiasts will love the private dock and shoreline deck, accessible via a stairway. The property provides 10+ life jackets of various sizes, inter-tubes, water skis, two kayaks, and a paddle board. Additionally, the owners offer the private rental of a 22ft Bennington pontoon boat with a 115HP motor.

Located just minutes by land or water from Tim's Ford Marina, Tim's Ford State Park, and the Jack Nicholas-designed Bear Trace golf course, the home is also a short drive to Winchester or Lynchburg.
