Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Only registered guests are permitted on-site.

Pet Policy: Small, house-trained pets are welcome (up to 3 dogs) subject to approval. A fee of $75 per dog per stay applies. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up all waste to avoid a $100 fee.

Additional Details: A refundable $1,000 security hold is required, or guests may opt for a $50 nonrefundable damage waiver. Fines apply for smoking ($1,000) or unauthorized guests ($500 per person).
