Base rate includes up to 3 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low for smaller groups.

🌡The thermostat has been adjusted ahead of your stay so that you will be comfortable. We only ask that you try to keep doors closed so that the air won't escape. There is an upstairs air conditioner window unit if needed. 📺The Roku TVs are yours to enjoy for your stay. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming platforms. You will be safely logged out at the end of your stay. 🎮HDMI cables have been provided and are attached to the TVs, please do not take them home. 🛌🛁Linens and towels have been provided for your convenience. 🧻We have started you with a few things (some toilet paper, few trash bags, few laundry pods, etc) so you can ease into the home. Longer stays may require you to go out and pick up more supplies.

Some Additional Things To Remember….

🛜Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🤫Remember you have neighbors, so be sure to be respectful of them. 🚫🚬There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home. 👟Please remove your shoes if they are soiled. 🚮Trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster from the laundry room door through the back gate into the alley. 🚫No charcoal grills allowed. A gas grill is provided. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 🧺When doing laundry during your stay or at checkout, please only run ONE SMALL OR MEDIUM LOAD at a time on the REGULAR or NORMAL cycle. DO NOT OVERFILL the washer and DO NOT USE HEAVY DUTY or LONG cycles, as these can damage the machine and delay turnover. 🧴Shared Amenities: Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests. Please leave these amenities in the home for everyone’s use. 👥No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. 🎭No Parties or events. 🐶 Well-behaved pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Please keep pets off beds and upholstered furniture, clean up all pet waste, and do not leave excessive pet hair on furniture, bedding, or floors. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended, including in fenced areas. Ordinary pets may not be left unattended inside unless securely crated. Service and assistance animals are handled according to applicable law and the booking platform’s policy. 💩 Poop bags provided! 😴 Checkout is strictly before 10 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply.
