This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests with a layout featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include four master suites—two downstairs and two upstairs—each featuring a queen bed. The fifth bedroom upstairs is a double bedroom with two queen beds. For additional guests, the home offers couches or space for air mattresses to reach the full 14-guest capacity.

Designed for high-end fun and relaxation, the property is packed with entertainment and convenience. You will find a dedicated game room equipped with shuffleboard, foosball, arcade basketball, a poker table, and board games. The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups with two refrigerators, a stove/oven combo, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot/Keurig combo. Outside, the experience continues with a firepit, propane and charcoal grills, cornhole, and ladderball. Unique architectural touches include a second-story tree balcony for a peaceful escape.

Located just one block from the shores of Lake Texoma and seven blocks from the community boat launch, you are perfectly positioned for swimming, fishing, and boating. The property provides ample parking for 4-5 cars plus a boat trailer.

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
• No smoking or vaping indoors; no cigarette butts to be left on the ground outside
• High school and prom parties are strictly prohibited
• Pet Policy: Maximum of 1 pet allowed (not permitted upstairs) with a $50 fee. Guests must provide their own crate when pets are left alone and indicate the pet at checkout
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in
