Early Check-in/Late Check-out: If another guest is not immediately checking in before or after you, flexible check-in/outs may be an option! Please ask about this before you book and I will check to see if it is a possibility!

Pets: Pets are fine to bring if they are non-shedding (just add them to your booking!). If shedding, please ask before booking. There is a $100 pet fee per stay. Please disclose any pets. Any undisclosed pets brought to the house may incur up to a $300 fee. Pets need to be kenneled if guest leaves the house without them; no non-kenneled pets are allowed in the house alone. For liability reasons, dogs must be on a leash or tie-out when outside.

Please be kind to the hot tub! Please keep dirt/substances out and the water in! Thank you!

For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the front door, and the east side of the house. These cameras do not monitor or record any area inside of the tiny house, are clearly visible, and are present for lighting and to help deter theft or unauthorized access.

There is no noise on the property the vast majority of the time. And nobody comes into the tiny house yard (except for occasional UPS/FedEx deliveries). But occasionally there may be some activity on the other side of the property: 1) We work on summer projects to improve the land and 2) Other Airbnb guests rent the tiny houses on the other side of the property and may go for a walk. Still very peaceful and quiet, but just be aware of these possibilities when you book.

Smoking: No smoking/vaping inside or outside the house.

No illegal substances of any kind on the property.

Quiet hours from 10 pm-9 am.

Infants: The house is appropriate for non-mobile infants; we have had toddlers stay as well, but you will have to close the bedroom door so they can't get to the back stairs (no railing), and watch them closely if you set up the ladder and they want to climb it (though actually, most children under 2 can't clear the first ladder step, so that probably won't be an issue). If requested, I will child-proof the lower outlets and furniture corners around the house before your stay :) I also have a pack-n-play available upon request.

Shoes off in the house please.

No rough-housing on the furniture; it's only meant for sitting on and will not withstand excessive abuse. Damage will incur a fine.

If you fill up a garbage can and take out the bag of trash, please refill the can with a new bag before putting more garbage in it.

Before leaving, please leave used sheets and any used towels in the shower (NOT on the heated floor--this can cause a fire!). Also, please load used dishes in the dishwasher/start a cycle, and hand wash larger dishes (leaving them out to dry is fine).

**Ensure the heated floors are turned OFF before leaving - there is one heated wall thermostat above the counter in the kitchen and one above the light switch in the bathroom. Please ensure both are turned off.
