All travelers must follow these rules at all times. These rules are strictly enforced.

• This is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and it is also my accommodation. Be respectful of property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and business.)

• If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property by making such complaint to Airbnb and/or us, you authorize us to enter the property and resolve the reported problem to resolve the problem. We do not require permission to access the property if there is anything you feel is unsuitable, which requires repair

• Smoking is a violation of our House Rules and something you cannot do. This leaves the house in an unsuitable state for the next client.

• Locals should contact the host before booking

• Your white glove service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries.

• To provide the best quality service to our customers, we offer hotel quality luxury towels/sheets. Thank you for being respectful of sheets, towels.

• Make-up/foundation, towels should be used only for their intended purpose (any medication/make-up cream/face foundation and tanning products that stain our regular towels will incur an additional charge Please avoid using regular towels with all skin products.

-Arrival at 4 p.m. / Departure at 10 a.m.

• Departure time is STRICTLY 10 am.
• Any late departure is subject to a late departure fee of US$100.
• If your late departure exceeds two hours, we will charge you for an additional day.

This does not grant you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty imposed to detain our next traveler and prevent our cleaning team from doing their job.

• This daily supplement is the BASIC RATE of the room without any discounts that may have been applied

• The occupancy limit for this property is 11 and any additional guests on the property will be automatically released for trespassing - Broken, damaged or missing items will incur an additional charge - No parties or parties - No loud noise between 22 a.m. and 8 a.m. - No outside noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

• No unregistered guests - No illegal activities and weapons of any kind

• Smoking is not allowed

• Park in the designated area.

• Do not rearrange indoor and outdoor furniture

• Please let us know immediately if something is wrong so that it can be rectified. However, any damages or missing items will need to be paid for by your prior to departure.

• If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable and courteous guest would leave in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be imposed.

• Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate termination of your stay

Costs • $200 Per day you smoke indoors or on the property • $100 late check-out fee • Price of the room for the day without reduced rate (base rate) if the late departure exceeds 2 hours • $250 smart lock replacement if our smart lock equipment is damaged

To help keep Windsor at Westside clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please review these important community rules during your stay: Trash Disposal All trash must be placed in 13-gallon bags only. Trash must go inside the trash bin or bench. Extra bagged trash may be placed next to the receptacle only if properly bagged. Please do not leave loose trash, oversized bags, or trash on the curb/roadside. Guests may not use the community dumpsters or trash compactors. Large item disposal is not allowed on site and must be handled off property. Improper trash disposal may result in additional charges. (100$ will be imposed)

Clubhouse & Pool Rules Before using the pool, one pool waiver per group must be signed daily at the front desk. There are no lifeguards on duty, so all swimming is at your own risk. No outside food, drinks, coolers, glass, smoking, vaping, or hookah are allowed on the pool deck. No balls or footballs are allowed in the pool area. Please do not climb on pool features or slides, and be respectful of others using the amenities. Please do not move pool furniture or umbrellas. Towels and lazy river tubes are not provided, so bring your own or purchase them in the lobby marketplace. Pool seating is first come, first served. Cabanas are available by rental only, and all rentals are final sale. Thank you for helping us keep the community beautiful and enjoyable for both guests and homeowners.
