Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that ID verification and a signed rental agreement are required within 24 hours of booking. The main booker must be at least 25 years old. We observe a strict quiet time from 9pm-9am. No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors or out. Pets (dogs only, max 4) are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per animal. Please adhere to the 4-car driveway parking limit as no street parking is allowed per county law. For approved celebrations, fireworks, glitter, and confetti are prohibited.
