Smoking is permitted on the balcony only; smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and will result in a fee of AED 2,000 for professional cleaning. Please be respectful of neighbors and local laws. Lost access cards or keys will result in a charge from the security deposit (ranging from AED 350 to AED 500 per item).
