GUEST VERIFICATION – Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification and short and simple rental agreement through third-party provider Truvi. This is done for insurance purposes and to ensure we are inline with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both guests and our property with extra protection. It’s a simple, safe, and secure process. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You must complete the process prior to arriving at the property in order to check-in. Guests who do not complete all steps or do not pass the verification will have their stay cancelled and any refund due will strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. ** Please note - As a professional host, we use integration via secure management software, OwnerRez. Therefore, Airbnb allows us to ask guests to complete this process. You can review this help article from Airbnb for further explanation. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/465
