- Electricity: 20Kw/Day is included for short-term stays; additional use is charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for stays of 7+ days.
- Note: The jacuzzi heater and gym multi-purpose machine are temporarily out of service. Ongoing nearby construction may be audible Mon-Sat, 8 am to 6 pm.

No suitable for pets / You can smoke on the terrace and balconies. 1.- It is forbidden to make nails in the pool as well as excessive noise, if the guard draws attention more than 2 times for the same cause, the sanction in questionwill be applied. Permitted hours of use are from 7:00 am to 10:00pm.

- Do not use as a clothesline the common areas or glass on the balconies. 3.- It is forbidden to have any type of pets within the apartments or in the common areas. 4.- Any stain appliance in the area of the pool mustbe used with audião fonos or at a low volume. 5.- It is forbidden to consume drinks and food in GLASS containers in the pool area.
- Excessive noise, radio, television, or any other noise that breaks in with the tranquility of the tenants (High Voices) are not allowed.
-Pets are not allowed / You can smoke only in balconies and terrace. 1.- Is not allowed to make dive in the pool, make excessive noise, if the guard warns about the same issue for more than 2 times, the fine mentioned will apply. Pool schedule 7 am - 10 pm. 2.- Do not use the balconies to hang clothes. 3.- It is not allowed to have pets in the apartment or in the common areas.(any pet) 4 - Speakers in the pool area must be used with headphones or low volume. 5.- It is not allowed to consume drinks of food in GLASS recipient, only plastic. 6.- Not excessive noise, radio , television, or any other noise that break out with the peace of other tenants are allowed . (high voice level )
