Both sleeping sanctuaries are outfitted with premium memory-foam mattress toppers, Egyptian-cotton linens, and blackout curtains to ensure a tranquil rest. For additional guests, a single rollaway bed can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To comply with local regulations, soft copies of all guests’ passports are required prior to arrival. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking inside the residence is strictly prohibited; evidence of smoking will incur a cleaning and odor-removal fee of AED 25,000. Building access cards must be returned at check-out to avoid a replacement fee of AED 1,000 per card.
