Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that late check-outs not agreed upon in advance incur a 100€ charge per hour. Guests must self-register via the Chekin platform to provide mandatory ID/passports and pay the city tourist tax (approximately 9.50€ per guest over 17 per night, up to 7 nights).

House Rules:

• Strict quiet hours from 10pm to 9am; walls are thin and neighbors are sensitive to noise.
• Parties, drugs, and loud disturbances are forbidden (400€ penalty and possible eviction).
• No smoking indoors (100€ charge plus cleaning fees).
• Lost keys incur a 100€ charge per key.
• Pets are not allowed.
