Please note important booking requirements: guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve, and a guest list is required for QR code access to the community. Basic essentials are provided for the first night only including toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies. A $300 security deposit applies to all stays, with an additional $2,000 deposit required for stays of 28+ days. Long-term guests staying 30+ nights receive a $200 credit for extras. Optional services including BBQ grill rental, Pack and Play, high chair, early check-in, and late check-out are available for additional fees. The property is strictly for vacation use only - no smoking, pets, parties, unregistered guests, or commercial filming permitted. Enhanced cleaning protocols follow WHO guidelines between stays. The property owners and management company disclaim liability for personal injury, accidents, or damage to personal belongings.
